Network Assessment

Our Network Assessment determines the status of your current network. A formal report is issued to outline appropriate fixes, upgrades, or re-designing to be performed to improve the performance of the network or prepare it for a new initiative. At Infinity Network Solutions Inc. we can help you to get your network environment where it needs to be and keep it there.

Infinity’s Systems Engineers (SEs) will determine the status of your current network environment/infrastructure, perform network strength check, and analyze the network's design and performance. Infinity’s SEs will put together the appropriate recommendations to fix any on-going problems and we determine network topologies, protocols, speeds etc. Throughout the Network Assessment Infinity’s SEs will perform network performance tests, determine protocols in use, and find out the number of users, servers and printers. The SEs will check on WAN connectivity and circuit types along with determining internet access and security policies. The SEs will interview the customer to understand their network management tools and procedures as well as their network backup policies. Finally, the SEs works with the customer to determine their network environment's performance goals and growth requirements in order to make the appropriate recommendations about how to address network environment growth and goals.

Once the Network Environment Assessment is completed, Infinity’s Systems Engineers will deliver a report that includes:

• An overall assessment of the network environment/infrastructure
• Report of the existing network environment
• Complete network diagram (if required by the customer)
• A review and evaluation of network cabling
• Network procedure analysis and recommendations
• Recommendations to fix current network problems (if any)
• Recommendations to address network infrastructure goals and growth plans
