Administration Support extends the capabilities of our customer's Information Technology staff and greatly reduces the level of technical training required to support their IT infrastructure environment (systems and network), saving them time, and money. The most common Administration Support programs we offer are for System Support and/or On-Site Network Support. Administration Support customers work with highly trained Systems Engineers who support them by providing help and assistance with any aspect of operating and administering their systems (server O/S and server hardware) environment, and/or their network environment.

Our Administration Support Engineers have years of practical experience. They are experienced in dealing with the issues that our customers regularly face and are able to diagnose and solve IT infrastructure operations and administration problems quickly and efficiently. Because our Systems Engineers are involved in the complete cycle of an IT solution (research, planning, system set-up, customer training, installation and on-going support), they are able to provide complete answers to an extremely broad range of questions concerning the operations and administration of IT environment.

On-Site Network Support provides our customers with the assistance and complete peace of mind they need to manage their increasingly complex network environment which includes network hardware and cabling, data circuits etc. and how they all work together with the network operating systems. For your organization to remain competitive, new IT solutions and infrastructure improvements need to be implemented quickly, reliably and be well supported.

On-Site Network Support is the first line of support for our customers and the network environment portion of their Information Technology infrastructure. Infinity’s Systems Engineers have a extensive knowledge base of the equipment and Network Operating Systems (NOS), cabling, and data circuits that are installed on your computer network. This knowledge has been built up over our 25 years in the Information Technology industry. In many cases, we helped to design the network environments we support and often implemented them as well. With Network Support, Infinity makes sure that hardware and software work, and most importantly, work together with other components in the network. We are your representative with the network equipment and software vendors. When a problem arises, we work with them on your behalf to resolve the problem.

The time to repair or recover from problems is much shorter now. Information Technology training costs are down because they do not need such a wide range of technical skills and knowledge "in house" any more.
